Belonging, inclusion, and diversity at LiveIntent

In 2019, LiveIntenters from across the company launched a group to foster conversation and advocacy for is sues related to belonging, inclusion, and diversity. Since its inception, this group has sparked the creation of multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that empower individuals to engage in healthy dialogue in a space that’s safe and welcoming. By sharing our own stories and learning from others’, we aim to positively influence LiveIntent’s culture, core values, and vision.

  • Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive environment for Black employees and allies to come together and share real experiences, discuss current events affecting the Black community, celebrate Black culture, and empower one another to be our best selves.
  • Our mission is to foster a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment by supporting parents to grow individually and thrive collectively while bringing awareness to the everyday challenges parents face.
  • Our mission is to promote an inclusive global community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees, customers, and allies. We strive to affirm LGBTQ+ identity, build a community, and cultivate equity at LiveIntent and beyond!
  • Our mission is to foster a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment by creating opportunities for women to grow individually and thrive collectively. We strive to advance our allies through education and awareness to help promote intersectionality both within our ERG and LiveIntent.
  • Our mission is to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity while creating opportunities for Latinx and Hispanic employees. We strive to bring awareness to the diversity within Latinx and Hispanic communities while sharing the cultures, languages, and traditions that unite us.
  • Our mission is to create an inclusive community for those of Asian descent at LiveIntent, while further fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We aim to embrace our common heritage, bring awareness and education, and create a safe space to share stories about our lived experiences and culture.
